Brinley and her cousin Brecklyn (Brett's little girl) have been dancing their butts off this summer in hopes of landing coveted positions with On Stage Dance Studio's Junior Comapany, which is a competition/performing team. After many hours of blood, sweat, tears and sore muscles their efforts paid off and I am thrilled to say THEY BOTH MADE IT!
Brinley's daddy brought his dancing doll a dozen roses. She has her daddy wrapped around her finger twice! This pic was taken on our deck a.k.a. Brinley's practice stage.
Whew! Brin can relax now! This pic was taken right after she tried out. The girls had to perform a Jazz, lyrical and ballet routine plus across the floor combos for the judges. They tried out in groups of two and were scared to death! I couldn't do that at their age. Brin I am so proud of you! Your dedication is so amazing. You put 1000% into everything you do. That is a great quality and one that I admire in you. Thanks for being such a sweet girl and a delight to raise!

Brin and Breck back stage before the Christmas show 2008. They are more like sisters than cousins! They can't stand to be apart! Luckily Brett and Sylvia recently bought a house just down the road so they don't have to be very far apart.
