Brinlely cried when she accidentaly deleted her picture with all of the kids and Korver. I think she should "crush" on guys her own age. She wants me to enlarge this pic so she can hang it in her room. SILLY GIRL!
Me and my "Heartthrob" heading out to the Celine Dion concert the next night. Preston surprised me with tickets for Christmas and I have been patiently waiting to go. The concert was absolutely FABULOUS! Now I can check off the "must see Celine live before I die" from my "to do" list! I knew she had an amazing voice on C.D., but in concert, I kid you not, she was even more amazing! That girl has some major lung power and can really blow those pipes! Her show was so tasteful and classy. Hands down the best concert I have every been to. Thanks for an amazing night sweetie! You are too good to me! Next week Brinley and I scored tickets to see David Archulleta in concert for a "mom and daughter" date. I am looking forward to that. Can you tell we love music at our house?
The best part of our trip however, came on Monday morning as Preston and I met with Dr. Foley at the M.S. clinic in SLC. Once a year Preston has a full exam, including MRI scans of his brain and neck to see what progression has taken place with the disease. We were so grateful to hear that his MRI's were stable and that he has had "0" progression over the past year! That means that his $4,000 a month medicine is doing it's job! We feel SO blessed and are so grateful to our Heavenly Father for blessing him with the ability to continue living a normal life with very minimal symptoms for the time being. He has great a great doctors and the nurses told me they love it when he comes up each month for his IV therapy because he is so fun and such a tease. He has the most amazing optimistic attitude and is an inspiration to me.
Grandma Linda and Cordell kept the kids for us overnight while we went to the concert and doctors appointment. Cordell spoiled the kids with a big spaghetti dinner and a yummy breakfast the next morning including hot chocolate with a scoop of ice cream in it! Then mom and Cordell took the kids to "Chuckie Cheese" in Orem for the afternoon. Talk about spoiled! Now Kolby wants me to haul him and his friends up to Chuckie Cheese for his next birthday party. What, it's only what 250 miles-ish?

That's a great post all around! Fun times with the fam and great news about Preston!!
My kids are the same as Kache - they get spoiled and think they get NOTHING too!! That's why I have to keep track with the blog! someday it will prove I was always right!
Tara
We were wondering what you've been up to for the last 10 years......

Love you
Dad and Lori
It sounds like you all a great time, don't you just love family trips. That is great news about Preston. I hope things continue to go well for all of you!
Glad you're back at the blogging, I love your blogs! Sounds like such a fun time, you didn't mention that you saw Celine. Rick needs a page from Preston's book.
Hey Kam,
I forgot to tell you at school that I think your hair is adorable. By the way tell Preston he can take me to a concert anytime because I tried to get Bryan to get me tickets to Nickelback and he said no way but he was more than happy to get tickets to Motley Crue. What a bum!!! Anyway I figure Preston owes me big time since I'm the one responsible for getting him an amazing wife!!! By the way I now know for sure that I am not adopted and we are related because Kache and Mason sound just a like. We can go camping, ATVing, fishing, rock climbing what ever he wants and as soon as we get home he whines that he's board and we never do anything fun. What gives?
Hey dip stick, next time I want to go to Celine for sure!!! I am so happy about Prestons news also! We are so blessed to live in a time where there is modern medicine that can help us. Now if only they made a miricle skinny pill I would be in heaven!
