Here is Preston in front of the car of his DREAMS! Lowe's #48, driven by Jimmie Johnson! Preston became a fan of #48 before anyone knew who he was. It has been fun to watch him win the last 3 years in Vegas.

NASCAR! I know, I know, it's such a redneck sport but totally addicting! Even for girls! You might be surprised to know that many of our fellow race fans do have teeth! Well, one or two atleast! This was our 3rd trip to this track. Preston and Kache go for three days every year. Friday is qualifing, Saturday is the Busch race and Sunday is the Nextel Cup race (yes, we break the Sabbath once a year. Yes, we are the devil). I come down for the Sunday race. We get rooms in Mesquite and play all weekend. Race weekend is a total rush! Preston and Kache scored coveted "pit passes" this year and got to see all of the cars, drivers and pit crew up close. Kache and Kasun got a "lug nut" off of one of the cars from a mechanic. Boy was Kache on cloud nine! He has it proudly displayed in his room next to all of his Jimmie Johnson stuff!

Jimmie Johnson has happened to win all three years we have been to Vegas. He's fun to watch both in the car and on camera. Yes, he's kinda hot! One of the few in Nascar! Most of them look more like a dog's butt! Not kidding!

Here is Kache, Kasun and Uncle Kasey in front of Dale Jr.'s #8 The Yardley's are die hard Jr. Fans except for Kasun. He's the smart one in the bunch and cheers for Jimmy!

Here is the cutest Nascar junkie of all! His name is Preston and he drives for UPS! His number is #1!

Can't wait for Nascar 2008 in Vegas. The fun begins one month from today!
