Happy Birthday Beautiful Girl!

Our sweet little girl is 9 years old today! We can't believe it's been 9 years ago since our 8 lb. baby girl bounced into this world at 8:25 pm. Six weeks later she spent a week in the hospital literaly fighting for her life with RSV. Though her lungs were damaged and she struggles with frequent asthma she never ceases to amaze us! She is quicker than lightning and can out run all the boys!
Our lives were forever changed Brinley, the day you joined our family in a beautiful way! What a sweet little angel you are ! You are such a hard worker in school, violin, dance, piano and anything you do! You are a very dedicated and responsible little girl. You are so nice to everyone around you and are a beautiful daughter of Heavenly Father! We love you so much baby girl! You make us so proud!
For Brinley's Birthday she got High School Musical 3 DANCE for the Wii, a new sleeping bag, a jacket from Kache, Squeeze its and silly straws from Kolby and a dress and lots of cards and money from her grandparents. Thanks everyone for making her day so special!

Brinley is so sweet and easy to please! Her choice for a cake was simple and sweet. She wanted a homemade cake with sprinkles in the shape of a heart. For Birthday dinner she first requested tuna casserole and cooked broccoli. For dads sake we quickly talked Brinley into choice #2 which was roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and cooked carrots from the garden. Brin's vanilla flavored cake and strawberry ice cream (her fav.) made a yummy dessert!

Brinley's lovely cake

This is a pic of Brinley in her new birthday dress from grandma Linda. Thanks mom, it is ADORABLE! Brin is all ready for church on her special day! She turned 9 on November 9th. Brin loves primary and has faithfully taken her scriptures to church every week since she was 6 years old. When she was 7 her main request from Santa was her own set of scriptures with a girly case. Brin you are an angel!

A girl can't get a new dress with out a new pair of shoes!
I can't believe my baby girl is wearing her first pair of heels!

Happy Birthday Brinley Sue!! It was nine years ago that I got to come to the hospital and watch you get down here from heaven. I still remember the first time you cried and how low your voice sounded. I also got to go to the ultra sound with your mom and dad to find out that you were a little sister!! I remember being so glad that you were a little girl. You dad probably wishes I would have got lost, but I couldn't help it. I just wanted to be around you cute little kids. It was right after you were born that I found out that I was going to have Kasun. It seems like only yesterday. Happy Birthday Brin. I love you.

Mom told me what she wants for Christmas. I think it would be fun to make little bracelets at Thanksgiving also. We shold put Sylvia in charge of getting the supplies. She knows what she's doing. I think ginger bread houses would be fun to.
